By accessing or using FunFactor Labs' AI-Powered Software for Arcades & FECs ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Service Description

FunFactor Labs provides a cloud-based RFID gaming solution with the following components:

  • AI Assistant for business insights and support
  • Customer and subscription management
  • Game terminal management with real-time sync
  • RFID Gateway for card processing
  • Inventory and menu management
  • Analytics and reporting dashboard
  • Multi-location business operations

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete business information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account
  • Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction

4. Subscription and Payment

Our Service is provided on a subscription basis:

  • Subscription fees are charged according to your selected plan
  • Payments are processed securely through our payment providers
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
  • Prices may change with 30 days advance notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties

6. Data Ownership and Usage

You retain ownership of all data you input into our Service. We use your data solely to provide and improve our Service as described in our Privacy Policy. We implement multi-tenant isolation to ensure your data remains secure and separate from other customers.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by FunFactor Labs and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

FunFactor Labs shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or data
  • Service interruptions or data loss
  • Third-party actions or content

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for terms violations
  • Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days
  • Certain provisions survive termination (payment obligations, intellectual property)

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FunFactor Labs regarding the use of our Service.
