Can a visitor re-enter an attraction?
Each scan uses one entry. A pass can carry more than one entry for an attraction.
Do we need to buy scanners?
No. Any staff phone with the app scans passes; a Bluetooth scanner is optional for busy gates.
What if a pass is lost?
Staff reissue it, and the old one stops working.
