Delete your account

How to delete your FunFactor Labs account and data, what is removed, and what the law requires us to keep.

In the app (fastest)

  1. Open the FunFactor Labs app and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Tap Delete my account, confirm, and enter your PIN.

Your account is deleted immediately, for every venue you are registered at.

On the web

  1. Open app.funfactorlabs.com/delete-account.
  2. Enter the mobile number registered at your venue.
  3. If you have a PIN, enter it. No PIN yet (registered at the counter)? We send a code by SMS to that number; enter it and choose a PIN.
  4. Review what will be removed and confirm.

Only the person holding the registered phone can delete the account.

If you cannot sign in

Email contact@funfactorlabs.com from your registered email, or call +91 96065 54404, with your registered mobile number. We process email requests within 30 days and may contact you to confirm it is you.

What is deleted

  • Your profile information (name, mobile number, email).
  • Your mobile NFC identifier and the link to your RFID card.
  • Your saved PIN and sign-in data.
  • Your name on past play and payment records.

What we keep

We keep a limited set of records where the law requires it, for example tax invoices, without your name or mobile number. Any remaining wallet balance is not refunded; it expires as your venue's validity rules say.

Copies held in encrypted backups are removed as those backups age out.
